This model allows for the first time a topographical view of the skull structures. The right half is manufactured in transparent material and the left half shows the bony structures with a removable septum. In addition, the outer masticatory muscles (masseter muscle and temporal muscle) are represented on the left half. Both halves of the skull can be dismantled into roof of skull and base of skull, in addi- tion to into complete mandible, nasal septum and both masticatory muscles.
